We are told diets dont work - so whats the alternative?
Dieting and weight loss have become a part of most womens lives. Weight is lost and it stays off for a while, but we cant keep up the diet forever so gradually the weight goes back on. Food can then become 'a guilty pleasure', something to feel anxious about, to keep hidden, to deny and yet to crave. And as more weight goes on, more desperate we become until we start another oh so restrictive diet
It really doesnt have to be like that.
I show you that you CAN eat what you want, when you want but without piling on the pounds. We explore together attitudes towards food, weight and size. And I will give you practical advice on how to break the diet/binge cycle for good.
